Is it safe to have a facial when pregnant?
Yes, you can definitely have a facial during pregnancy for example our TT Signature facial or Microneedling facial. We wouldn’t however perform any laser or IPL treatments during pregnancy.
What is the best treatment for hyperpigmentation?
Fractional Radio Frequency - Fractional radio frequency is the ultimate treatment for treating textural irregularities, scarring, wrinkles and pigmentation to help reduce sun damage / spots.
I am unsure of what treatment to book in for, what should I do?
At the start of all our treatments, our therapists will assess your skin and recommend the best treatment or course. You can always change your mind on the day depending on what the therapist recommends best for your skin.
What facial should I book before an event or party?
The ultimate facial also known as the red-carpet facial was designed by Teresa to give her clients the ultimate glow ahead of a big event or party.
Do you offer treatment gift vouchers?
Yes, you can purchase any treatment or course as a voucher. You can find that in the SHOP.
Is it possible to book in with Teresa?
Yes, Teresa works in the clinic Tuesday - Thursday and her treatments start at £380.
How long is the downtime for micro-needling?
Micro-needling has very little downtime, once might see some redness for around 24hrs following the treatment.
How long do the facials take?
All our facials are 60 minutes.
When are you at The Berkeley Hotel?
We are based at The Berkeley Hotel every Tuesday from 10am-8pm.

Are your products cruelty free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty free.
How should I incorporate the Teresa Tarmey retinol into my daily routine?
We recommend using the TT retinol every other evening, apply straight after cleansing the skin and leave it to sink in for 10 minutes before applying anything else.
Can I use Teresa Tarmey products if I have sensitive skin?
The TT products are designed for all skin types, even the most sensitive.
Can I use the Teresa Tarmey products if I have acne?
The TT products are designed for all skin types, including acne-prone skin.
Are Teresa Tarmey products suitable for men?
Absolutely, are products are for everyone!
How do I use the Microneedling Kit?
To be used once a week for 12 weeks. Apply half of one ampule directly on to cleansed and dry skin. (We advise to use a tissue or a piece of cotton to break the glass top). Roll the dermaroller over the skin area to be treated using medium to firm pressure. In doing so, roll horizontally, vertically and diagonally across the skin. Repeat 2 to 3 times and finish by massaging what remains on the skin into the skin. Use the remaining half of the peptide treatment and gently massage into the treated areas with your fingers.
What SPF do you recommend?
We highly recommend all the Heliocare SPF products, in particular the oil-free SPF50 gel.
