Delivery and Returns


This page includes information on delivery options, times and prices in the UK and internationally as well as information on payment methods and returns.

Delivery

UK and international delivery times and charges are listed below. If your country is not listed please contact us to see if we can deliver to you.

We do not process orders on weekends, public holidays or outside regular working hours.

Delivery times listed are estimates only and we cannot be responsible for any courier or customs delays.


Please note that orders outside the UK may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees as well as customs delays and regulatory or legal restrictions. You or the recipient are responsible for any charges levied and for ensuring that any Products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if any of these issues arise.

Price is based on a guaranteed delivery time for orders below:

UK 1st class (Royal Mail) Signed for service : £6.50

Delivery time: 2-3 working days

Rest of the world (excluding USA & Canada) 

(Royal Mail) Tracked service: £25 

Delivery time: 5-10 working days


USA & Canada

Free Delivery

If your delivery is urgent you can call the clinic who will advise you, urgent deliveries can be arranged but the cost will be dependant on the speed of delivery required.

Orders placed before 10am on a working Monday to Friday will mostly be sent on the next working day. Orders placed after 10am Saturday/Sunday will be sent on the following working day.

You will receive a tracking code via email, this will allow you to track your package. 

Returns

We can accept returns within 14 days of receipt provided that the items are unopened, unused and in a saleable condition.

To request a return please email us at bookings@teresatarmey.com. Please include your order number and list the subject as “Returns”. If you request a return you will be liable for return postage and for the safety and care of the returned items while in your possession and while in transit. We will consider the condition of the returned item when issuing refunds.

If you are returning any items to us because they are faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the item, describing the fault and informing us whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Upon receipt and inspection of the item we will either exchange the Product or refund the price of the Product in full and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
